Heating water
WARNING
Risk of scalding!
If the jug is over-fi lled or if
the lid is open, hot water may
spurt out during boiling.This
can lead to scalding.

Do not fi ll the jug past the
MAX fi ll level mark.

Ensure that the lid is closed
during operation.
Risk of burns!
The appliance will become
very hot during operation.
Touching the hot appliance
can lead to burns.

Only touch the device by
the handle.
NOTICE
Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the
appliance may result in dam-
age.
■
Never use the kettle with-
out water.
■
Fill the kettle at least to the
MIN mark and no further
than the MAX mark.
After switching off, it takes
15-20 seconds until the ket-
tle is ready for use again.
