Requirements
– You have read the chapter entitled „Safety“
on page EN-4.
– The exhaust hood is assembled as de-
scribed in chapter „Assembly“ on page
EN-14.
Activated charcoal filter
• When using the appliance for air circula-
tion, only do so with activated charcoal
filters inserted.
• If neighbours complain about odours, it
may be a good idea to insert activated
charcoal filters for exhaust air operation,
too.
• For the source of supply, please see
chapter „Our Service Centre“ on page
EN-22.
• To insert (see „Installing/replacing the ac-
tivated charcoal filter (only for circulation
air operation)“ on page EN-10).

Fan
The blower of your exhaust hood has three
settings.
1. You can start the exhaust hood on the
desired blower setting with the buttons

(lowest),

(medium) or
28
(highest).
2. When the blower is already in operation,
you can use the buttons

or
28
to change the blower setting.
3. To switch off the blower, press the

(lowest),

(medium) or
28
(highest) button again for the currently set
blower speed.
When the fan is running at the highest
setting , it automatically resets to the
medium speed after 7 minutes.
Operating Lighting
The exhaust hood is fitted with three LED
lamps and a LED light tube that illumi-
nates the glass panel

. The lighting can be
switched on or off independently of the fans.
The LED light tube can be switched on/off in-
dependently of the LED lamps.
