Page 19

Setting the tea strength

The desired tea strength will de-
termine the brewing time of the
tea.

The following tea strengths are
pre-set:
– Strong
– Medium
– Mild
Using the ‘brewing time’ setting,
you can select a brewing time
of between 0 seconds and 10
minutes with the and (18)
buttons.

• Press the ‘Selection’ button

(17) until the desired tea
strength is set.
The display shows the brew-
ing time for the selected tea
strength.

If the brewing time is 0,
the tea ﬁ lter will remain at

the top.

Heating water

WARNING

Risk of scalding!
If the water tank is over-ﬁ lled
or if the lid is open, hot water
can spurt out during boiling.
This can lead to scalding.

Do not ﬁ ll the water tank
past the MAX mark.

■

Ensure that the lid is closed
during operation.

Risk of burns!
The appliance will become

Touching the hot appliance
