Operation
Requirements for safe
use
– You have read the chapter en-
titled ‘Safety’ from page 6.
– You have set up the appliance
as described in chapter ‘Start-
up’ on page 13.
Filling with water
(1)
1. Turn the lid (1) in an anti-clock-
wise direction until the marking
on the lid displays and you
hear a click.
2. Remove the lid.
3. Fill the water tank (11) with
fresh, cold tap water.
Pay attention to the fill level indi-
cator (7) when filling with liquid.
Fill to a minimum of
– 0.5 litres and a maximum of
1.7 litres if using the appli-
ance as a kettle.
– 0.5 litres and a maximum of
1.0 litres if you are preparing
tea.

4. Turn the lid in a clockwise di-
rection until the marking shows
and it audibly clicks into
place.

5. Place the water tank (11) on
