CAUTION
Danger of explosion!
Solvents can create an explosive mix-
ture.
■
Never put solvents into the appliance.
■
Do not place flammable products or
objects wetted with flammable prod-
ucts into or near to the appliance.
Risk of poisoning!
Dishwasher detergents, rinse aid and
dishwasher salt can be damaging to
the health.
■
Keep these products out of the reach
of children and pets.
■
Never use the water inside the appli-
ance as drinking water.
Risk of injury!
The appliance is heavy and bulky. Im-
proper handling of the appliance may
result in injury.
■
Seek the help of another person dur-
ing transport, installation and assem-
bly.
■
Remove all obstacles on the transport
route and at the installation location,
e.g. open doors and clear away ob-
jects lying on the floor.
■
Do not use the open appliance door
as a step or seat or for support. Make
sure that children and pets do not
stand or sit on the open appliance
door.
Risk of scalding!
The hot dishwashing water will cause
the dishes and the interior of the appli-
ance to heat up and hot steam is emit-
ted. Touching them can therefore cause
scalding.

Only hold the appliance door by the
handle when opening the appliance
door. Maintain a safe distance from
the appliance in order to avoid steam
which may escape.
■
Do not touch the dishes, cutlery or the
inside of the appliance immediate-
ly after the dishwashing programme
has finished.
Fire hazard!
Insufficient ventilation can cause fires.
■
If your appliance has ventilation
grids, never cover them.
■
Do not set up the appliance on car-
pets or rugs if it has ventilation grids
in the lower section.
Risk of injury!
People may trip over the open appli-
ance door.
■
Note that the door should not be left
in the open position since this can
present a tripping hazard.
■
Close the appliance door after every
use.
■
Only leave the appliance door slightly
open to cool down.
