Ambient temperature too
low or too high.
Adjust the ambient temperature to the
climate category (see “Intended use” on
page EN-5).
Compressor seems defec-
tive.
Activate ‘Super Freeze mode’ and ‘Super
Cool mode’ simultaneously (see “Changing
the settings” on page EN-13). If the com-
pressor does not switch on within an hour,
please contact our Service department (see
page EN-33).
Appliance is mak-
ing a noise.
Operating noises are func-
tional and are not a sign of
malfunction.
Humming: Refrigeration unit is running.
Flowing noise: Refrigerant is flowing through
the pipes.
Clicking: Compressor is switching on or off.
Disturbing noises.
Check that it is stable.
Remove any objects from the appliance.
Remove any foreign matter from the back of
the appliance.
Odours in the
appliance
Poorly packaged or
spoiled food in the
appliance.
Pack odour-intensive foods well.
Check if there is any spoiled food in the
appliance.
Clean the inside of the appliance.
Interior lighting off. LED light source defective. Contact our Service department (see
page EN-33).
Doors do not close
correctly.
The door is jammed by
food packaging. Too much
food has been placed in-
side.
Make sure that the food does not hit the
door.
The fridge is tilted.
Make sure that the appliance is set up and
aligned correctly (see “Setting up and align-
ing the appliance” on page EN-29).
