um level of risk which, if not avoided, could

CAUTION

el of risk which, if not avoided, could result in
minor or moderate injury.

This symbol warns against possible damage

Explanation of terms/symbols
Intended use
The appliance is designed for purifying room
air in rooms of up to 60 m
2
. However, it is
not a substitute for proper ventilation, regular
vacuuming or using an extractor fan or venti-
lation while cooking.
It is designed for use in private households
and is not designed for commercial use.
It is not suitable for use outdoors.
Persons who are unable to operate the appli-
ance safely due to their physical, sensory or
mental abilities or lack of knowledge must be
supervised during use.
Do not make any technical changes to the
appliance.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be re-
placed by the manufacturer, its service agent
or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid
a hazard.
Use the appliance exclusively as described
in this user manual. Any other use is deemed
improper and may result in damage to prop-
erty or even personal injury. The manufactur-
er accepts no liability for damage caused by
improper use.
