Switching the oven on/off
As soon as a power supply has been con-
nected, the oven will be in stand-by mode.
In order to
– switch on the oven, tap the sensor
(9).
The display will show the current function
and the standard temperature.
– switch the oven to stand-by mode, tap the
sensor
(13).
In order to switch the oven off, you must pull
the mains plug out of the socket or switch off
the applicable electric circuit.
Opening the oven door has no impact
on the oven’s operation. The oven will
continue to heat.
Functions/heating methods
Available functions
The oven is equipped with the following func-
tions (heating methods):
Top and bottom heat, 30-250 °C
With top and bottom heat, the tem-
perature is more intense from the top
or bottom, depending on the shelf
height. Baking and roasting is only
possible on one shelf level. Tips:
– Fill the baking tin only ⅔ full with
cake mixture. Otherwise, the mix-
ture will overflow while baking and
drip into the oven.
– The best results for cakes are
achieved with dark ovenware.

Signal tones
When a sensor is touched, an acoustic signal
can be heard. This tells you that the oven has
understood your action.
Setting the time
You must set the time when using the oven
for the first time or after a longer power cut.
The display (1) shows
00:00
.
The time is displayed in 24-hour format.

the hour display.

slider (7) to set the number of hours.
