Cooking chamber light
The cooking chamber light switches on auto-
matically when
– the appliance is in operation;
– the cooking chamber door (2) is open.
Beeps
The appliance has a total of 3 different types
of beeps.
–
One
beep will sound when the mains plug
is inserted into a socket, each time a button
is pressed and when the control dial (15)
is turned.
–
Two
beeps will sound when half of the
cooking time has elapsed when grilling.
–
Five
beeps will sound when a cooking pro-
cess has finished.
Opening the cooking
chamber door
If the cooking chamber door (2) is opened
during operation, the cooking process will be
interrupted (see “Interrupting the cooking pro-
cess (pause mode)” on page EN-17).
Interrupting the cooking
process (pause mode)
You can briefly pause or end the current pro-
cess when using any mode with the “Stop/
Delete” button (13):

• Briefly press the “Stop/Delete” button (13)
once
to interrupt the cooking process.
Briefly press the “Start/+30sec./Confirm”
button (14) to resume the cooking process.
• Briefly press the “Stop/Delete” button (13)
twice
to end the process.
Setting the cooking time
Depending on the heating mode, a cooking
time of up to 95 minutes is possible.
Cooking times can be set in the following in-
crements:

5 seconds
1-5 min
10 seconds
5-10 min
30 seconds
10-30 min
1 minute
30-95 min
5 minutes
During operation, the cooking time can be ex-
tended in increments of 30 seconds:
1. Press the “Start/+30sec./Confirm” but-
ton (14) briefly during operation.
The cooking time will be extended by
30 seconds.
