Replacing the oven door on
its hinges
NOTICE
Risk of breakage and injury!
If the oven door is inserted incorrectly,
there is a risk of breakage and injury
while opening because the glass panes
can tilt and shatter.
■
When replacing the oven door, en-
sure that it sits correctly and straight.
1. Hold the oven door (7) at an angle using
both hands.
2. Hook the hinges into the holes in the
side panels. The oven door (7) must be
aligned square with the built-in oven.
3. Fully open the oven door (7) carefully. If
the oven door (7) jams, check the correct
position (see Step 2).
4. Fold the clips (25) on both sides all the
way back again.
5. Close the oven door (7) carefully. The
oven door (7) must sit flush when closed.
If the oven door (7) does not sit flush
when closed or if there is a cracking
sound when closing it, the oven door (7)
is not hung properly.
6. Correct the position of the hinges and
clips (25), if necessary, until the oven door
(7) opens and closes smoothly again.
Replacing oven light bulbs
For oven lighting, you need heat-resistant
oven bulbs: 250 V~, 2 A, G9, T 300 °C.
WARNING
Risk of electric shock and injury!
Replacing the light bulb improperly can
cause an electric shock which can injure
you.
■
Only replace the oven bulb when the
oven is no longer hot and there is no
risk of burns.
■
Always switch off the built-in oven
fi rst, then unplug the mains plug from
the socket or switch off the fuse.
The oven bulb serves exclusively
to light up the cooking chamber.
It is not suitable for lighting a room.
1. Disconnect the mains plug from the sock-
et or switch off the fuse.
2. Place a soft cloth in the cooled cooking
compartment in the event that the glass
cover falls or the bulb falls off.
3. Unscrew the glass cover anticlockwise
and remove it.
4. Carefully unscrew the defective bulb from
the holder and replace with a new bulb of
the same type.
5. Insert the glass cover back into the open-
ing and screw it back on clockwise.
6. Connect the mains plug to the socket or
switch on the fuse again.
