Vacuuming carpets/
floors
1. Turn the upper cord hold-
er (16) by 180° and remove
the supply cord (17). Insert the
mains plug into a socket.

2. Set the adjusting knob for the
floor type (7) to the correct lev-
el. You can choose between a
– deep-pile carpet,
– short-pile carpet,
– hard floor (e.g. parquet).

3. Switch the vacuum clean-
er on by tapping the On/Off
switch (5).

4. Step on the release button (6)
to tilt the housing (20) toward
you with the handle (1).
Now you can start vacuuming
the carpet/floor.
After vacuuming
1. Step on the On/Off switch (5)
to switch the vacuum cleaner
off.
2. Tip the housing (20) back into
a vertical position with the han-
dle (1).
