MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE

• Select the 

Phosphate LR

 method using the procedure described in the METHOD SELECTION section.

• Rinseand replace the plastic stopper and the cap. Shake 

the cuvette several times with unreacted sample.

• Fill the cuvette with 10 mL of sample (up to the mark). 

Replace the plastic stopper and the cap.

• Insert the cuvette into the holder and close the lid.

• Press 

Zero

. The display will show “-0.0-” when the meter is zeroed and ready for measurement.

 

 

• Remove the cuvette and add the content of one packet 

of 

HI93713-0

 Phosphate Low Range Reagent. Replace 

the plastic stopper and the cap. Shake gently (for about 
2 minutes) until the powder is completely dissolved.
