Power failure
- Check the power cord connection.
- Check the power fuse of the device.
Centrifugation
cannot be started
- Check the lid is closed completely.
Door cannot be
opened
- Press the ‘Door' button.
- Check the power connection.
Door cannot be
closed
- Remove the dirt at the door latch and close the lid.
- Check the lid latch is not damaged.
Unusual noise
and vibration
- Check the device is installed on the hard and flat place
- Reinstall the rotor symmetrically.
- Reinstall the tubes symmetrically.
- Tighten the rotor lid firmly by turning the rotor lid handle clockwise.
