Log files
Terminal Software Audit log files. It is
the responsibility of the POS app to
fetch logs from the terminal. Your
POS app provider should be able to
help you send them to support
Logs are used for troubleshooting

error/warning messages or receipts
The receipts can include both
information and error messages from
the Handpoint gateway or the
acquirer
