High agitation speed can help extruding out product quickly and thoroughly.
Low agitation speed can give the chef longer time to decorate the ice cream
or add ingredients (like juice, nuts or biscuit )into the ice cream.
It is better to let the machine always work automatically by properly
parameters setting. The keys can be used for longer time in this way. Small
capacity machine needs shorter time to extrude out ice cream.
