The options for customizing the star and diamond buttons are:
Option Action Performed
None The button will not perform a function.
Start/Stop Starts or stops stitching
Needle Up/Down Performs a half stitch by cycling the needle up or down
Increase Increases stitching speed
Decrease Decreases stitching speed
Thread Cut Cuts the bobbin thread
Increase Tension Increases (tightens) the top tension
Decrease Tension Decreases (loosens) the top tension
Camera (Front Display) Displays video from the camera on the front display
Camera (Back Display) Displays video from the camera on the back display
Tie Off Performs a tie-off stitch

IMPORTANT : If you use HQ Pro-Stitcher, it will override your settings for the star and diamond
handlebar buttons for selected HQ Pro-Stitcher functions. For more information about using
HQ Pro-Stitcher with the Infinity, refer to the HQ Pro-Stitcher user manual.
Laser Lights
The Infinity comes equipped with two laser lights. One is by the needle to
precisely show where the needle will enter the quilt. The other is the laser
stylus that is used at the back of the machine for tracing pantographs.
Turn on or off one or both of the lasers with the Laser settings.

To turn the lasers on or off
• Touch the Settings icon in the toolbar. Then touch the Lasers button.
Touch the light button to turn the laser on or off.
