Description

Type

Used to specify the type of Transaction Team pad

Returns

Returns TRUE if the type of pad specified is valid and FALSE otherwise.

padSoundBell

This command allows you to play various different types of preset sounds stored in the Transaction Team 3100 Series
devices. The parameter

BellType

has the following valid decimal setting (hexadecimal values are in parenthesis):

(0x00) - cancels any sound being played

(0x01) - plays the standard “bell” sound

(0x10) - plays an “alarm” sound

(0x14) - plays a “success” sound

(0x18) - plays a “fail” sound

Syntax

Type of sound the device makes

Returns

Returns TRUE upon success, FALSE otherwise.
