Compressor commissioning check

Check list before Start

1. Oil level of external oil
separator;
2.Oil temperature;
3.Open stop valves;
4.Open motor liquid injection port
(angle valve);
5.Open oil hydraulic cylinder
angle valves;
6.Open external oil circuit valves;
1. High oil level is full;
2. Before start up, heat up the oil to around 40
℃
/Heating time is
around 8 Hrs

3. Open caps of stop valves to check;
4. Open caps of motor injection angle valves to check;
5. Open caps of oil hydraulic cylinder angle to check;
6. Open caps of external oil circuit valves to check
2. Electrical
system
1. Voltage of main power
2. Voltage of control circuit
3. Insulation resistance value of the
motor between phase to phase and
phase to ground
4. Power terminals and wire
cables’ terminals connection

6. Setting of switches, sensors and

1. 10%
Main power voltage fluctuation range within ±5%. Instant
voltage drop during start up is less than 10%

2. Voltage of auxiliary power is 220V±10%, other requirements
please contact Hanbell
；
3. Resistance value should exceed 50MΩ
；
4. Power terminals are firmly fixed on terminal block and well
insulated. Keep wire cables away from heat source and sharpened
metal. Power terminals are fixed firmly and well insulated. Terminal
screw and block are both required.

Piping system
1. Check the pipes are well fixed
2. Check if there is any leakage
