Installing the canopy
WARNING:
The locking slots of the canopy (B) are provided
only as an aid to mounting. Do not leave the fan assembly
unattended until all four canopy mounting screws (XX) are
engaged and firmly tightened.
WARNING:
Make sure the tab on the mounting bracket (A)
properly sits in the groove in the hanger ball/downrod
assembly (C) before attaching the canopy (B) to the mounting
bracket (A) by turning the canopy (B) until it drops into place.

NOTE:
The canopy has two mounting orientations at 180°
apart. Select the orientation that points the tube in the
direction best for routing to the pump.

Remove the rubber leak-prevention washer (WW)
from the canopy (B).
□
Carefully feed the water tube (UU) into the hole of the
rubber leak-prevention washer (WW).
□
Carefully attach the rubber leak-prevention washer
(WW) into the gap on the canopy (B).
□
Slide the canopy (B) up to the ceiling. Make sure you
have placed the wires safely into the outlet box.
□
Secure the canopy (B) to the mounting bracket (A)
with the four canopy mounting screws with lock
washers (XX) included with your fan.
