WARRANTY

Emissions Control System Limited Warranty

EXCLUSIONS

This limited warranty excludes failures not caused by a defect in material or

workmanship. This limited warranty does not cover emissions control systems or parts

that are affected or damaged by owner abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, misuse,

improper fueling, improper storage, collision, accidents, or improper handling. This

limited warranty also does not cover any engine that has been structurally altered, or an

engine that has been used in racing competition. This limited warranty also does not

cover physical damage, corrosion or defects caused by fire, explosions or other similar

causes beyond the control of HAMMERHEAD, or by acts of God.

TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

The vehicle owner must, at their own expense, take the small off-road engine, or the

product on which it is installed, along with the sales registration card or other proof of

original purchase date, to any qualified repair shop or qualified person. A qualified party

may maintain, replace, or repair the emission control devices or systems on your

vehicle. An authorized HAMMERHEAD dealer can perform any service that may be

necessary for your vehicle. HAMMERHEAD and authorized HAMMERHEAD dealers

can provide warranty replacement parts but equivalent parts can be used for emissions-

related repairs. It is a potential violation of the Clean Air Act if a part supplied by an

aftermarket parts manufacturer reduces the effectiveness of the vehicle's emission

controls. Tampering with emission controls is prohibited by federal law.
To receive information about how to make a warranty claim, how to make arrangements

for authorized repairs, or if you are unable to obtain emission warranty service or are

dissatisfied with warranty service received, please contact HAMMERHEAD for

additional assistance.
