Operators have to keep always ready for use, in case of need:

Emergency telephone numbers.
In the event of accidents, call for help and follow the specific emergency procedures, according to the
indications and the methods envisaged by the rules on Safety at Work.

Always keep this manual handy. Read it thoroughly and learn how to use the equipment safely.
Ensure that NO ONE works with the CRUSHER without full instructions.
•
To use the CRUSHER, you need to be a qualified, authorized operator. To be qualified, it is
necessary to understand perfectly the instructions contained in this manual, as well as to have
followed an instruction and training course in the workplace, to know the safety regulations and the
work regulations. EMPLOYEE EDUCATION is the responsibility of the employer. The employer will
inform the operator on accident risks, on the position and function of the controls and safety devices
on the equipment, and on the accident prevention rules provided for by the legislation of the country
in which the equipment is used.
•
Pay particular attention to prevent the presence of any person not involved in the work in the
operating area. If necessary, stop the activity and do not resume the work until the people are at a
safe distance.
•
Perform any maintenance operation with the hydraulic supply cut off, ensuring that there is no
residual pressure in the hydraulic system.
•
Before disconnecting any hydraulic piping, make sure the circuit is not under pressure.
•
Leaks of hydraulic oil under pressure can cause injuries, therefore in the search for possible leaks
always use adequate protections, such as gloves, glasses or screens.
•
Periodically check that the CRUSHER always guarantees the necessary safety during operation.
•
THE CRUSHER extends the excavator's arm. The equipment could collide with the cab and arm, so
pay MAXIMUM ATTENTION during maneuvers.
•
During operation, always use the operator's protection cabin on the excavator.
•
The use, maintenance and repair of the CRUSHER must be entrusted only to persons having the
knowledge of its characteristics and of the related safety procedures. At the same time, all accident
prevention regulations, generally recognized safety and occupational health rules and all road traffic
regulations must be respected. Arbitrary modifications made to the equipment release the
MANUFACTURER from any responsibility in case of damage or injury.
