3.1

TANDARDS AND CERTIFICATIONS
In the design of the CRUSHER, the MANUFACTURER has taken on the task of achieving important
objectives, first of all the pursuit of the maximum level of equipment, obtained through specific design
solutions, consistently with the provisions of the Machinery Directive.
The equipment has been built according to the standards indicated in the Declaration of Conformity.
3.2
S
AFETY MEASURES
•
This manual is an integral part of the equipment. The manual must remain within reach of the
personnel in charge of the use and maintenance of the equipment, and must be read in full by all
those who, even occasionally, operate on it.
•
Follow the safety instructions prescribed by the government regulations in force concerning work
safety.
•
The operator must intervene exclusively on the controls of the equipment and as indicated in this
manual.
•
The MANUFACTURER does not have a direct control over the applications, operations, inspection,
lubrication or maintenance of the CRUSHER, therefore IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER
to put in place adequate safety measures when carrying out these activities.
3.2.1
Requisites of the operator
Operators can use the CRUSHER only if in possession of in-depth knowledge of this manual, of the
operating limits of the equipment and of maintenance operations.
Moreover, operators are required to use common sense to ensure everyone's safety and to carry out their
work correctly and responsibly. Furthermore, operators MUST NOT use substances that can change or alter
their state of alert and coordination.
3.2.2
Work clothing
During the operation, maintenance or repair of the equipment, always use appropriate clothing and devices
for accident prevention. In particular:

Work gloves
•
Overalls
•
Ear protectors
•
Safety shoes
•
Dust mask
•
Protective helmet
in accordance with the specific directives on the subject.
