Orange Banana Smoothie
1/2 cup (118 ml) orange juice
1/2 cup (118 ml) vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup (59 ml) banana, mashed
Directions:
Place all ingredients into stainless steel container. Mix until
desired consistency is reached.
Yield: 1 serving
Nutritious Shake
1/2 cup (118 ml) soymilk
1/4 ripe organic banana, mashed
1/4 cup (59 ml) of frozen organic strawberries, thawed
2 teaspoons (10 ml) protein powder
Directions:
Place all ingredients into stainless steel container. Mix until
desired consistency is reached. Serve cold.
Yield: 1 serving
Chocolate Milk Shake
1/4 cup (59 ml) cold milk
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) chocolate syrup
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Directions:
Place all ingredients into stainless steel container. Mix until desired
consistency is reached. Additional ice cream or milk may be added
to achieve desired consistency.
Yield: 1 serving
Banana Milk Shake
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup (118 ml) milk
1/2 banana, mashed

Adult Mocha Shake
1/2 cup (118 ml) coffee flavored liqueur
1/2 cup (118 ml) milk
2 scoops chocolate ice cream
Directions:
Place all ingredients into stainless steel container. Mix for 45
seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

Raspberry Margarita
2 ounces (59 ml) tequila
1 cup (237 ml) sweet and sour mix
2 ounces (59 ml) raspberry flavored liqueur
Directions:
Place all ingredients into stainless steel container. Mix until desired
