How to Grill Flat
(Grill/Griddle)

Plug into outlet. The red power
light will glow.

FLAT.
Open the grill for
more grilling surface. This
will require a longer cooking
time, but cook twice as much.
Empty drip tray after each use.

Open lid. Slide hinge-release
level. Push the handle back.

Turn food halfway through
cooking.

Insert drip tray.

Brush plates with cooking oil.
Place foods onto grill. Cook
following charts on pages 11
and 12.

WARNING
Burn Hazard.
Always use an oven mitt to protect hand when
opening a hot grill. Escaping steam can burn.
7.
When finished cooking, turn
temperature control to the
lowest position and unplug.
