• Switch on the earphones and, if
necessary, charge the battery.
• Increase the volume on your
earphones or terminal device.
• Bring your terminal device and the
earphones closer together, and
remove any sources of interference
or obstacles.

Poor sound quality

most up-to-date version of the Google
Assistant app.
• Disable the Google Assistant in the
settings on your Android terminal
device (under Settings > Apps >
Google App > Disable). Then tap
Enable (if you have deleted the Google
app, please reinstall it).
