To decrease heat loss attributable
to the hot water pipe, the appliance
should be installed the closest
possible to the water withdrawal
locations. Hot water pipes should be
added heat insulation.

5. CONNECTION TO THE WATER SUPPLY NETWORK
The container and assemblies required for its operation must
be connected to the water network according to Fig.3, page 132.
5.1
For cold and hot water connections, steel or red copper pipe rated for 0.6 MPa
nominal pipeline pressure, heat resistant plastic pipe rated up to min. 80 °C or
flexible connection may equally be used. When connecting to a copper pipeline,
the use of insulating spacers is compulsory.
One spacer must be inserted on the hot water pipe of the container immediately,
while the other one on the cold water pipe, between the installed assemblies and
the copper water pipeline.
If no spacer is used at the connections, we neither provide guarantee for failures
attributable to the corrosion of the threaded tank pipes, nor assume liability for
damages caused by the same.
The spacer is not included; you can order it under the following part numbers,
depending on the dimensions:
¾” spacer: 1252122513,
The hot water tank may be placed in section 1 or 2 indicated in the
picture, observing the standard MSZ HD 60364.
• In case of vertically positioned hot
water tanks, at least 70 cm service
distance must be left from the side
of the service opening.
•
½” spacer: 1252122514.
•
It is forbidden to connect the appliance using a hose.
ATTENTION!
IT IF FORBIDDEN AND DANGEROUS to expose the tank
to pressures higher than the allowed operating pressure!
