On Outdoors circulating liquid-returning of collector,and the direction of
Single direction valve2 and circulating liquid-returning pipe must be
same,please see Fig1-Fig.2
Connection and Use of temperature and pressure valve
When the temperature rise, a little water will drip from pressure relief vent on
the temperature and pressure valve due to normal expansion. The vent shall
be installed downwards and always keep open to the air. Avoid being
blocked.
Note: If your water heater is not installed in a bathroom with sewage drain, it
is suggested you connect a drain hose (separately sold) to the temperature
and pressure valve. Connect one end of the hose to the temperature and
pressure valve vent and the other end to the sewage drain. The hose can be
cut short or extended as necessary. The hose shall be installed as inclined
downward.
Note: the mixing valve is separately sold,you can get it from the local
service,and contact the appointed professional serving personnel for
Connection of affusing liquid valve and
expanding tank
Fix the affusing liquid valve on the top water-
outlet of solar stage(the pipe of connection with
pump), affusing liquid valve is no direction
demand,but the room arond affusing liquid
v a l v e s h o u l d b e b i g , a s t o a f f u s e l i q u i d
conveniencly. Fix a tee joint on the outlet of
the top hole of the tee joint should be connected to circulating water-outlet
pipe, ensure the place, to drill 2 holes 70mm deep,
9mm on the wall, use
two small bolt to fix the expanding tank on the wall with expanding tank
strap,please see Fig.1-Fig.2.
Note: affusing liquid valve and expanding tank should be connected to the
Corresponding pipe of circulating water-outlet of tank.
Connection of controlling equipment
Controlling equipment of the water heater is composed of power supply
board and indication board. Both are inside the solar stage.Open the shell of
solar stage , according to the electrical connection principle figure : connect
the L
N of power supply line which connects heating element to the L
N of
relay fan-out( the sign of N on the relay is corresponding to the N of power
supply line) , then the sensor of tank should be connecte to the power supply
board, and insert it tightly, Finally, press the power supply line tightly, install
again the solar stage cover,and to screw tightly the self-tapping screw.
To fill up the tank
To open water-exiting valve of hot water and to fill water into the tank,through
cold water meatus of tap water. To close water exiting valve of hot water until
the air is exhausted and water flows out continually. Meanwhile, to observe
whether the system leaks and to keep the cold water entrance open in the
process of use.
Affuse antifreeze
Screw down the cap of affusing liquid valve,close the big halt valve in the
middle of affusing liquid valve( note:when the handle of the valve and axes of
the valve are vertical, the valve is closed),open the other small halt valve,put
the liquid-exiting of the equipment to one affusing liquid hole,make sure the
flow direction of
antifreeze
and Single direction valve 2 are the same, and
the other affusing liquid hole connect the liquid-returning of the equipment,
start the liquid equipment, at the same time, observe the
antifreeze
untill
returning
antifreeze
is well-proportioned, and no air bladder.firstly close the
halt valve which connect the liquid-returning equipment, then close the the
halt valve which connect the liquid-exiting equipment,then open the big halt
valve in the middle of affusing liquid valve, remove the equipment.
Note: after affusing the
antifreeze
, put the 3/4
fiber spacer to the cap of the
affusing liquid valve, and screw tightly the the cap of the affusing liquid valve,
to avoid the
antifreeze
flowing from the tank.

For details as follows:
L1(green)---when the green light is on, it indicates
that the system is woking on the solar energy
heating mode.
L2(Double colors)---when the green light is on, it
indicates that the system is working on the instant
heating mode. When the red light is glittering, it
emperatures of the
upper tank and outlet of the collector.
Introduction for the controller
Indicates heating up.
L3(Double colors)---when the green light is on, it indicates that the system is
working on the preset heating mode. When the red light is glittering, it
indicates that the system is heating up ,and will be green as it reaches the
preseted temperature, the green point will be on constantly.
