Menu Boiled beef
Main ingredient 200g beef
Directions (1) Add some salad oil into the container. Place the container into the oven and heat for 5
minutes with “High” power level. Then cut the shallot, garlic and ginger to pieces. Add these
ingredients into the container.
(2) Wash the beef. Cut it into pieces and mix it with salt, egg white and starch by hand. Then
put them into container for pickling.
(3) After 5 minutes, add chilli oil, salt, flavor essence, cooking wine, soybean sauce, pepper
powder and suitable quantity of water. Set the “power level” to “high” and cooking time to
about 12 minutes. Start cooking.
(4) After about 6 minutes of cooking, open the door and put the pickled beef into the oven.
Close the door and continue cooking. After the cooking is finished, take out the dish to serve.
