11.1 Preparation

Take the appliance out of the packaging.

inside the housing, keep them out of childrens reach. While opening the package, wa-
ter drops may be seen on plastic bag and porthole. This normal phenomenon results
from water tests in the factory.
Note: Packaging diposal
Keep all packaging materials out of childrens reach and dispose them in an environmen-
tally friendly manner.
11.2 Install metal board
1. Tilt back the appliance.(Fig. 11.2.1)
2. Get the metal board from the top of the
packaging foam and install to the bottom of
two screws. (Fig. 11.2.2)
11.3 Dismantle the transportation bolts
The transportation bolts are designed for clamping
anti-vibration components inside the appliance during
transportation to prevent inner damage.
1. Remove the 4 transportation bolts (A) on the rear
side and take out plastic spacers (B) from inner side
of the machine. (Fig. 11.3.1. and 11.3.2.)
2. Remove the strengthen pieces screws (C), then re-
move the strengthen pieces (D) and take out pack-
ing rods (E) innerside of the appliance (Fig. 11.3.3.).
3. Fill left holes with blanking plugs (F) (Fig. 11.3.4.).
Note: Keep in safe place
Keep the transportation bolts in a safe place
for later use. Whenever the appliance is to

(two longer pads in position 1 and 3,
two shorter pads in position 2 and 4). Finally set the
machine upright again.
Warm tip:
Noise reduction pad is optional , could help to reduce
noise , please assemble it or not according to your
own demand.
