Remove the kickplate.

Turn the handle anti-clockwise and pull

out the front cover.

Gently remove the sponge filter frame.

Gently remove the sponge from the

frame.

Wash the sponge by holding it under a

running tap turning it so to remove any

dust or fluff. Wring out the sponge and

refit it carefully on the frame.

Refit the sponge filter frame ensuring that

it is in the correct position.

Refit the front cover ensuring it is in the

right position. Turn the handle clockwise

to lock the front cover.

Refit the kickplate.

WARNING

Clean the sponge filter every six

months or when the filters cleaning

indicator light blinks.

WARNING

Do not touch the fins behind the

sponge filter frame with hands in order

to avoid injury.
