Integrated magnets.
Magnets have been incorporated into the padding, so that
both sides of the belt can be conveniently stuck to the frame
of the wheelchair, making it easier for the client to get in and
out of the chair (fig. 14,15).
For wheelchair frames made
of non-magnetic material, you
can attach the self-adhesive
magnetic buds at the desired
position.

Optional 4-point straps.
Additional straps can be appended using the tendons
(P)
in fig. 16 (NB: these straps are pre-assembled if ordered in
this configuration). These additional straps help keeping the
positioning belt at the correct height.
Lift the label
(X) in fig. 16 and slide the 4-point strap over the
tendon into position, behind the stopper
(Y) (fig. 17).
Now mount the belt on the wheelchair frame as described
under the heading
Mounting and assembly (page 4).
Fit the supplied 25mm fixlock buckles in the blue region
(fig. 18). Always consult the instructions of the wheelchair
manufacturer.
If the fixlock buckles are attached more towards the patient’s
knee, the positioning belt will be pulled more downwards.
Determine this position in accordance with the therapist.
