Ensure bandsaw is on level ground to and safe place to prevent it falling. Eliminate, avoid loose clothing / Long hair etc. Isolate main power switch before changing blade, cleaning or adjusting. Check blade tracking before starting. Top blade guide system should be adjusted to suit material thickness.
