5.3.1.2 Recalling Stored Data from the Data Log
1. From the Main Menu, press
RECALL DATA
.
2. Press
DATA LOG
. A listing of the stored data is displayed.
3. Press
FILTER: ON/OFF
.
4. The function Filter Settings is used to search for specific items.
5. Activate On to turn on the filters to select data by Sample ID,
Operator ID, Start Date, Parameter, or any combination
of the four.
6. Press
OK
to confirm. The chosen items are listed.
7. Press
VIEW DETAILS
to get more information.
5.3.1.3 Sending Data from the Data Log
Data is sent from the data log as CSV (Comma Separated Value)
files through a USB memory stick to a file named “DATALOG”. The
file can then be processed using a spreadsheet program. The file
name will be formatted as:
“DLYear_Month_Day_Hour_Minute_Second. CSV.
To send data to a printer, refer to section 5.2.6.2 on page 27 .
1. Plug in the USB device ( Figure 2 on page 11 ).
2. From the Main Menu, press
RECALL DATA.
Press
OPTIONS
and then the
PC & PRINTER
icon.
3. Select the data to send to the memory stick and press
OK
.
Note: The number in parenthesis is the total number of data sets assigned
to this selection.
