AC125 Collet Closer
To install the AC125 , remove the snap ring that retains the pneumatic slip ring (as shown in the figure ).
Remove the slip ring together with the copper tube and the valve. Insert the front of the drawtube into the back
of the HA5C spindle, and screw the main body onto the back of the spindle. Tighten with a woven strap wrench
to approximately 30 ft-lb. Maneuver the plumbing assembly into position, without bending the copper tube, so
that the valve sits on top of the HA5C casting and the slipring fits over the input diameter on the back of the
AC125 body. Install the snap ring and screw the valve to the top of the HA5C body using the 1/2-13 cap screw
provided.

Replacing the manual collet closer with a model AC125 Air Collet Closer.
Never use hammer blows to remove or install these items. The shock will damage the precision bearings and
gears inside your HA5C.
