Plug one end of the optical fiber into the transceiver module in the switch, as shown in Figure 19 .

Remove the dust cover on the transceiver module.

Plug the LC connectors on one end of the fiber cable into the Rx and Tx ports, and plug the LC connectors
on the other end to the Tx and Rx ports on the peer device, as shown in
Figure 20 .
