take effect after it is configured.

: Specifies a VLAN ID in the range of 1 to 4094.
Usage guidelines
Traffic in inband management VLANs is forwarded in the normal forwarding process instead of the
OpenFlow forwarding process.
Inband management VLANs are used by an OpenFlow instance to connect to controllers.
