Chapter 5 Boot ROM and Host Software Loading

Note:

The loading process of the Boot ROM software is the same as that of the host software,

except that during the Boot ROM loading process, you should press <

Ctrl

> and

Enter

> after entering the Boot Menu and the system gives somewhat different

prompts. The following text mainly describes the Boot ROM loading process.

5.2.1 Boot Menu

Take S3100-16C-SI switch as example. After the switch is powered on, the system

displays:
