Remove filter

"Condensation filter".

Function:

Water and some of the dirt particles are separated from

the cooking fumes at the fins of the condensation filter

by means of the cyclone effect and condensation.

Attention: the condensation filter may heat up after a

long cooking!

Be sure to note !

The lamellar pack and filter pan

“ cannot ”

be cleaned in the

dishwasher. The manufacturer does not guarantee any discoloration

or peeling of the coating due to the use of aggressive detergents .

Attention:

Do not clean the filter in a commercial dishwasher.

Cleaning with aggressive cleaning agents such as petrol, acetone,

trichloroethylene, etc. can cause damage !
