1. Insert Trigger Pin (1) in left hand Handle (2).
2. Place Trigger (3) over Trigger Pin (1).
3. Place left hand Handle (2) and right hand
Handle (4) to each side of Hook and secure
with Screws (5).
4. Remove hook’s existing trigger spring pin and
insert new Bolt (6) simultaneously and tighten
securely to nut.
5. Tighten all screws (5). Secure with ‘Loctite’
(or similar), or tack weld end of screws to lock
into position. Welding, if used, shall be TIG-weld
with 316SS wire.
6. Tack weld end of Bolt (6) to Nut to lock into
position. Welding shall be TIG-weld with 316SS
wire.
Mounting instructions
Size16 mm - 32 mm
1. Remove existing trigger from hook.
2. Place Right Hand (1) and Left Hand (2) handle
halves over hook and secure with screws (3) finger
tight only.
3. Insert Spring (5) into new Trigger (4) and locate
with Pin (6).
4. Insert new Trigger (4)(5) and (6) into hook and align
with holes of hook and Handle.
5. Insert Bolt (7) through Handle and hook
simultaneously pushing out Pin (6) and tighten
securely with Nut. Discard Pin (6).
6. Tighten all screws (3). Secure with ‘Loctite’
(or similar), or tack weld end of screws to lock
into position. Welding, if used, shall be TIG-weld
with 316SS wire.
7. Tack weld end of Bolt (7) to Nut to lock into
position. Welding shall be TIG-weld with 316SS
wire.
8. Check handle on a weekly basis. Lubricate trigger
with fine oil when required.
