Now repeat the procedure for the last position

Always end by selecting G-POS 0 on the programming unit.
Exiting programming

When the desired settings have been made, press the SEND button. The information is
then sent to the gate and the green lamp on the Hand Held Programmer flashes an
acknowledgement.
Make sure that the green lamp flashes otherwise the settings will
not be confirmed!

Press PRG. The brake is applied.
If any settings have been made which affect the home position of any of the panels, an
automatic search is then made by the column.
Testing after Installation
When installation is completed, test the system by switching off/on. GlasStile GSR will now
search for a zero position (INDEX 0). Do not interfere with the gates until this has been
achieved and the brake has been activated in the home position.
Should the GlasStile GSR not operate as desired carry out the following
checks…

Check that all cables and connectors are installed correctly.

Check the encoder belt tension.

If all of the above are correct, repeat the programming procedure, remembering to default
the settings first by selecting DF and send on the hand programmer.
Adjusting the encoder home position
If you need to adjust the home position of the unit please follow the instructions below.

Power on the unit (The GlasStile will Rotate to its index zero position and then move and
lock in the Stop position.

Press
“
PRG
”
to enter programming mode on the GlasStile programmer.

Select
“ DF”
from the mode settings then press send. The wing positions have now been
erased.

Once the GlasStile has re-locked, slacken the grub screw that holds the encoder pulley in
place as shown below

With the power switched off move the wing by hand to the required stop position and then
retighten the grub screw.
