5 .04 Troubleshooting

If the LP11 - Side Exit does not react to use of the operation panel

• Check that the emergency stop has not been activated. The emergency stop

is released by turning the knob until it pops out

• Check that the battery box is charged and connected

• Contact the Guldmann Service Team or the distributor

If the LP11 - Side Exit can go up, but not down

• Remove impurities from the safety jam strip

• Check the safety jam strip for other blockages

If the LP11 - Side Exit starts to beep

• An audio signal is a sign of critically low battery levels. The batteries must

therefore be charged before the platform is used again

If the LP11 - Side Exit stops and starts beeping

• If the platform is overloaded, it stops and starts beeping.

• Remove some of the load from the platform

• Observe the maximum load indication of the platform
