Charging/connection of charger
When the lifting platform is not in use, it should be charged as the batteries
are best maintained in this way.
The batteries should immediately be charged in the event of an audio signal
as this means that the battery level is critically low.
Connecting the charger
The platform is charged
using the socket on the
battery box.
Connect the charger
to the mains. Put the
charger’s other plug in
the battery box’s socket.
The charger must only
be used in dry conditions.
The battery box can be disassembled. The connector can be taken out by
pressing the red lock ratchet.
Charging
An audio signal will sound when the battery level is critically low. Take out
the battery and move it to a dry location near a mains socket where it can be
charged. Charge the lifting platform every night or when it is not in use. In this
way the batteries are best maintained and will last the longest. The charger
switches off automatically when the lifting platform is fully charged. The maxi-
mum charging time is approx. 8 hours.
If the green indicator light is lit, the batteries are fully charged. If the red
indicator is lit, the battery is charging.
3 .00 Transport
The lifting platform is equipped with wheels and can be pushed. The brake
pedal must be dis connected – see Section 2.02, if required. The lifting plat-
form must be in its lowest position before it is removed.
The battery box can be removed and transported separately.
