Assembly – Fastener Torque

Main Pivot Axle
1.
Adjust pre-load on angular contact bearings (8mm hex)
2.
Then tighten pinch bolt to 10 Nm (7 lb-ft, 90 in-lb) (5mm hex)

Rocker Pivot Axle
1.
Adjust pre-load on angular contact bearings (5mm hex)
2.
Then tighten pinch bolt to 10 Nm (7 lb-ft, 90 in-lb) (5mm hex)
3.
Seatstay/Rocker Bolts: 10 Nm (7 ft-lb, 90in-lb) (5mm hex)
4.
Chainstay/Axle Block Bolts: 10 Nm (7 ft-lb, 90in-lb) (5mm hex)
