Installation and Use

Prior to installation, plan your system:

1. All PFAS equipment must be selected and deemed compatible
with the Cable Ladder System by a Competent Person.

2. Eliminate or minimize all risk of swing fall.

3. Ensure structure to which the Cable Ladder System is to be
installed is free of all damage, including, but not limited to,
rot, rust, cracking, sharp or abrasive edges and surfaces, and
hazardous materials.

Installation:

All installation MUST be done under the supervision of a
Qualified Person.

1. Fully inspect all components of the Cable Ladder System; ensure
there are (3) Mounting Brackets, (6) U-Bolts; (12) nuts and lock
washers for U-Bolts, (1) Small U-Bolt for Bottom Assembly with
(2) nuts and lock washers; (2) Cable Clamps with corresponding
nuts and lock washers; (1) Intermediary Cable Bracket for ever 25’
of cable ordered.

2. Attach Top Assembly with two Mounting Plates and supplied
fasteners. Tighten using hand tools until snug. NEVER over-tighten.
