Procedure
1. Loosen the bolts (A).
2. Move the cover (B) in the direction of
the arrow.
3. Hold the alignment ruler against the
front of the pulleys to see if they are
aligned. Refer to section
6.11
.
The tension is correct if you can push
the belt down approximately 2 - 2,5
cm with a force of 50 N.
4. If the tension is not correct, adjust the
tension. Refer to section
6.10.4
.
5. If the tension is correct, install the
cover (B).
6.7 Replace the air filter
Note:
The air filter can be cleaned before it needs to be replaced.
Preliminary requirements
• Air filter. Refer to the OEM documentation of the engine for the exact type.
Procedure
1. Remove the winged nut (A).
2. Remove the cover (B).
3. Remove the winged nut (C).
4. Do these steps, if necessary:
a. Clean the air filter (D).
b. Replace the air filter (D) with a
new one.
5. Install the winged nut (C) .
6. Install the cover (B).
7. Install the winged nut (A).
