Position the hand rim and add (B) and (C) to all the mounting tabs, as
shown in Figure 3. Only tighten (C) until the nuts just touch the tab.
DO NOT tighten further until the following checks have been
performed.

Using a feeler gauge, check that the gaps between the mounting
tabs and wheel does not exceed 0.3 mm. See Figure 2.
If the maximum gap exceeds 0.3mm, add a 0.2 mm spacer (E) as
shown in Figure 3 and remeasure. Up to 3 spacers, per tab, may be
added. Ensure that each tab has the same number of spacers added.
If the gap still exceeds 0.3 mm, consult with your authorized dealer
immediately.
If the trial fit is successful, proceed to final fit the hand rim to the
wheel.
4.
Fit the hand rim to the wheel as follows:
a.
Attach each mounting tab of the hand
rim to the wheel with Bolts (B)and self-
locking Nuts (C) that are tighten finger
tight only. The spacers (D) are added as
required. See Figure 3.
b.
Torque the Nuts (D) to (8-12 Nm).
DO

over tighten as this can damage
the mounting tab.
