PNEG-1521

Commercial Direct Gear Drive Bin Sweep Auger

D. Attach the Sweep Wheel Hub to the Gear Driven

Reduction Drive with one (1) 1/2” x 3-1/2” Grade 8
bolt and Stover nut.

E. Bolt the Segmented Rubber Wheel to the Sweep

Wheel Hub with four (4) ½” Nylock nuts.

F.

Make final adjustments to the Back Shields and
mounting brackets, and tighten all hardware.
Remember to leave the Pivot bolt at the Gearbox
loose enough to pivot.

A single section of Sweep Flight and Back Shield, or just a few sections, can
be used alone without all the other sections. Install the Sweep Wheel at the
end of the last section being used.
