To ensure safe operation, observe the following points:

Grünwelt outboard motor is designed for safe and reliable
operation, provided it is operated according to the instructions.
Before using the outboard motor, read the operating instructions
and familiarize yourself with the device. If this is neglected, it may
cause injury and / or damage to the device result.

Exhaust gases contain carbon monoxide, a colorless and odorless
poison gas. Inhalation of carbon monoxide may cause
unconsciousness and may be fatal.

If you run the outboard motor in a closed or partially enclosed
space, the air you inhale may contain a hazardous amount of
exhaust gas.

The outboard motor must never be operated in a garage, in a house
or near open windows and doors.

The outboard motor must be stopped before refueling.

Gasoline is extremely flammable and explosive under certain
conditions. Refueling must be done in a well-ventilated room with
the engine off.

Make sure that fuel is not spilled when refueling. Gasoline fumes or spilled fuel can ignite.
If gasoline has been spilled, make absolutely sure that this area is completely dry before
starting the engine and that the petrol fumes have volatilized.

Never run the outboard motor in a confined space or confined space. The exhaust gases
contain toxic carbon monoxide gas, which can cause unconsciousness and death.

