4.4 Installing the product
The filter comes with loose parts. These individual parts must be installed on site properly
and according to the area of application.
► Check the flow direction prior to assembling the individual parts.
► Install the individual parts in accordance with the direction of flow.
NOTE: Seal loose parts during assembly.
● Leakage at the filter.
► Seal the components of the draining valve, pressure gauges and deaerator on
site with e.g. hemp, Teflon tape.
Install the GENO-fine filter FME horizontally only and without mechanical stress.
If necessary, the filter must be braced (refer to chapter 3.5
Accessories “Installation
adapter”).
