7. Output signals – Time control
7.1 Pin assignment – Time control
The LUB-V operates in the time control mode (Operating modes hour mode or emptying time) as
a time-based and cycle-controlled lubrication system according to the values set in the Settings
menu.

Pin assignment – Time control
The LUB-V can be switched off completely in the time control mode by switching off the supply
voltage. The settings made are not lost in the process. The time elapsed until the next scheduled
lubrication cycle is automatically stored by the LUB-V in the integrated microelectronics; after the
supply voltage is reconnected, the LUB-V checks itself automatically and constantly processes
the remaining pause time according to the set values.

After a longer standstill of the LUB-V, the manual execution of the „Quick-Check“ is recom-
mended (chap. 6.3.3).

The output signal at PIN 4 can be tapped for further processing (e.g. indicator light or external
control). The maximum permissible output current must not exceed I

< 20mA. No inductive
load (e.g. relay) may be connected!
